Overview

PEBs are ideally suited for almost all types of medium to large size steel buildings as they provide many advantages over other types of buildings like corrosion resistance, lower cost etc.

We provide well designed PEBs which are based on PEB concept which are designed under supervision of technocrats with international structural standards keeping in view.

Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings use a combination of built-up sections, hot rolled sections, cold formed elements and profiled steel sheets which provide the basic steel frame work with a choice of single skin sheeting with added insulation or insulated sandwich panels for roofing and wall cladding or brick wall. The concept is designed to provide a complete building envelope system which is air tight, energy efficient, optimum in weight and cost and, above all, designed to fit user requirement like a well fitted glove.

Pre engineered buildings are the state of the art steel solution to developing an efficient and cost effective infrastructure. Pre engineered building is a steel structure built over a structural concept of primary member, Secondary member and the cover sheeting connected to each other. PEB’s can be fitted with different structural additions like trusses, mezzanine floors, fascias, canopies and crane systems as per user requirements.

These Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings can be fitted with different structural accessories including mezzanine floors, canopies, fascias, interior partitions etc. The building is made water-tight by use of special mastic beads, filler strips and trims. This is a very versatile building system and can be finished internally to serve any required function and accessorized externally to achieve attractive and distinctive architectural styles. It is most suitable for any low-rise building and offers numerous benefits over conventional buildings.

We have our own PEB manufacturing plant at Udaipur. Our services range from conceptualizing, to designing, to manufacturing and finally supply and erection. Rainbow PEB are custom designed to meet exact requirements using steel structure, beams and columns, profiled sheets, Z and C sections, steel decking sheets, insulated sandwich panel and other building accessories.

The most common and economical type of low-rise building is a building with ground floor and two intermediate floors plus roof. The roof of a low rise building may be flat or sloped. Intermediate floors of low rise buildings are made of mezzanine systems. Single storied houses for living take minimum time for construction and can be built in any type of geographic location like extreme cold hilly areas, high rain prone areas, plain land, extreme hot climatic zones etc.

Prefabricated building materials are used for buildings that are manufactured off site and shipped later to assemble at the final location. Prefabricated metal buildings use galvanized steel and galvalume as the chief materials for building. Galvalume is a form of steel coated with aluminum-zinc. This is to protect the building against corrosion, rust and fire. It also provides a sturdy and protective covering to the prefabricated building. Almost all the components of a metal building such as beams, frames, columns, walls and roofs, are made of steel. Most prefabricated military buildings use steel or aluminum frames. These materials are cheaper than regular brick and concrete buildings.

Reduced construction time

Buildings are typically delivered in just a few weeks after approval of drawings. Foundation and anchor bolts are cast parallel with finished, ready for the site bolting. Our study shows that in India the use of PEB reduces total construction time of the project by at least 50%. This also allows faster occupancy and earlier realization of revenue.

Due to the systems approach, there is a significant saving in design, manufacturing and on site erection cost. The secondary members and cladding nest together reducing transportation cost.
